My Charge 3 is counting laps incorrectly, even though it is set for a 50m pool. I have to delete the exercise activity fitbit records and laps etc manually because I can't edit the original exercise captured.  Is this normal? I bought the Charge 3 specifically to use when swimming.

Thanks for the information provided.

 

There are some factors that can affect your swim sessions. Please visit this article, open the menu "Why does my Fitbit swim data seem wrong?" and follow the instructions to track your activity.

 

Whether this doesn't help, please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these instructions.

 

Exercises can be edited from iOS devices only. Our team does not currently have plans to release this feature on Android devices, but if there is any change, it will be communicated in this Feature Suggestion.
