My Charge 3 is not syncing

Charge 3 won’t sync to app. Removed it from Bluetooth and reconnected and now it won’t sync to app to re set up 

Also the display clock on the watch wouldn’t sync which lead to removing the watch from the app and Bluetooth to now the charge 3 won’t start the set up process at all 

 

any advice

They have sent you an email, if you have any other questions or concerns, let them know.
