My charge 4 touch screen is dead and won't charge

I don't like their company policy, either. My Charge 4 still works and tracks my steps, however, it won't pair with the app/account and I have a premium membership. I already contacted CS twice and the 2nd CS rep emailed me and said that my product I'm no longer eligible for replacement. Also, no discount offer to buy a new tracker-- I'm even a Premium Member. I cancelled my membership today and won't be buying their products anymore.
It's just a fancy digital watch/pedometer without the app.

My Fitbit came with a faulty charger. I couldn't charge the brand new device. Just a thought. And that was 2 years ago (received as a Christmas gift) and mine is acting up now too! I use it exclusively for exercise and sleep info. Sleep has been totally wrong (no I didn't go to bed at 3 a.m. or 7 p.m.). Stats are now worthless. I finally got the firmware to update. I hope that helps but now I'm wondering...

My guess is that the update will cause your Fitbit to become “a defective device” and they will offer you a 35% discount on a new device.
