My Fitbit Charge 2 isn't syncing

Not fitbit charge 2 has stopped syncing with my device ive tried turning Bluetooth on and off but nothing I've also turned restarting my phone.

It looks like its trying to as steps show an amount but not correct and my sleep been record but not showing etc

Let me help you with this. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

If you don't see any more data anymore then you may have removed the tracker in which case you will need to set it up.

Nothing seems to work. So frustrated.
I unpaired my fitbit charge 2 from my app on my phone now can't get it back as the button on my fitbit don't work so it is unable to search it to set it up again so now what can I do to get it all back?
