My fitbit has stopped logging floos. I have tried re setting it but nothing has changed. I climb up four flights of stairs at work and normally they log.

I would be gentle to avoid damage. I've heard that an old toothbrush can work, and others have recommended a can of compressed air.

Your Charge 2 tracks floors by detecting changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the tracker. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause floors to be missed. Try gently cleaning it to free any blockage that may be there.

Hi thanks for your message.
Can I poke something into the hole or will this damage it?
