My fitbit will not charge.  I am using the charge cable that came with it and trying to charge as usual.  It says 3 percent charge and has for the times that I have tried to charge it.  It recognizes the charge cable but fitbit will not charge.  What do I do now?  Fear a defect in watch.

I have the same situation except that it continually indicates 6 % charge. Help.

Mine also won't charge and keeps restarting / resetting. Won't respond at all when not connected to the charger.

Same here. Been trying to charge for several days with no luck!  Haven’t had this problem before and finding it very annoying.

Just to update my situation. Contacted Fitbit and they very quickly determined I needed a new watch and immediately sent me a form for replacement.  Waiting on that now. I’m very happy with the customer service.
