Had my fitbit on charge this morning, just taken it off charge and notice white lines down the screen. Have rebooted this , made no difference.
What can I do to fix this problem, screen not working correctly now.

If you've already restarted the device and tried changing clock faces and you're still having screen issues, I would advise you to reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.

I'm having the same problem. I tried restarting and changing clock face, but neither helped.

Mine also looks like this, the whole screen now has lines down it. And isn’t responsive to touch anymore.
Unsure what to do next?
