Never syncs without uninstall and reinstall

Every morning I have uninstall and reinstall the app as I can never get it to sync.  It is getting very irritating and sometimes it still doesn't work.  Any suggestions?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing correctly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
