Hi
My Charge 3 is showing 'No device found' when I am syncing it.
It is syncing which is peculiar but is not showing the correct battery charge.
I don't seem to have any settings on the iphone or mini ipad apps to check the issue.
Can anyone help please?
Apparently a lot of us Charge 3 users are having some technical difficulties. I saw a post that said they are "rolling out" firmware updates and to be on the look out for the update banner in the app. No release date for it though. I've been having problems with mine for the past 2 weeks.
Thanks for the information. It’s ok now. Hope it doesn’t play up again.
