Yesterday I morning my fitbit screen face stop displaying. It responds with only vibrations to touch, and it is still synching with the app.
I have tried changing the clockface (It responded with a vibration and appeared to have changed the clockface on the app). I have tried a hard reset (charging, holding the button for 15 seconds) un-clip and clip again) and whilst it vibrated, nothing else happened with the screen.
What else can be done? I have had my Fitbit since beginning Jan 2019 so would be upset to lose it.
