Not Getting text notifications on Charge 4

I had a fitbit inspire with same issue been going back & fore trying to fix with Fitbit but nothing so today my husband bought me the charge 4 & I’m having same issue, have you managed to fix it, thanks

The first thing I would do is restart the tracker, and the phone. Many times, that is all that is needed.

If this fails, through the app, go into Settings - Charge - Notifications. Tap the three dots found in the top right. Disable notifications, then enable. This will force the user to setup notification and accept permissions.

I will try this thank you, we have just tried my husband downloading fitbit app & connecting to his phone & it works. We have checked his settings against mine and all exactly the same & so is the iOS update. Thank you again I will try this
