I am not able to pair my new Redmi Note 7 pro smart phone with my fitbit Charge2.
Hence, I am not able to sync my data with my Redmi Note 7 pro smart phone.
I have given the location and Bluetooth permissions to the fitbit app.
Also, I unpaired the existing devices, restarted the phone and then again tried pairing the Charge 2 with my phone.
But the pairing is unsuccessful. Sometimes, I see the "Can't communicate with Charge 2" message on my phone, while trying to pair the Charge 2.
Is there any way to pair my Charge 2 with my Redmi Note 7 Pro smart phone so that i can sync my data to the app?

You’ve done some excellent trouble shooting, @kriti . Unfortunately, your phone is not on the list of supported devices. In these situations, we never know exactly what will work and what won’t.

Is fitbit having any plan to increase their list of supported mobile devices?

They are working on it constantly but we have no schedule. There are a lot of different phones out there.
