Not getting any notifications on Charge 2

Howdy,

 

I realized that I haven't gotten a text or call notification on my Charge 2 in many months.  I've rebooted the phone and the Charge but it had no effect.  Is there something I can do to try to get this working again?  This is on Android and I have the latest version of the app.

 

I went to the notification section of the app and found the "Send a test call notification" but nothing happened on the Charge from that either.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not getting notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Lets try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
