Have tried restarting Fitbit app & clearing data but still not working. Have Huawei P20 lite. Will perform test call but not real call/ msg etc

It seems there are some special setup steps required for the P20 Lite. See the following help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2322/
