Hi,

I'm having trouble with the login password reset email. I've forgotten my password and requested the reset password email. It said it was sent but there is nothing in my emails. Has anyone else had this problem? finding this very frustrating! 😞

I'd like to share with you that our Customer Support team was contacted on your behalf to continue receiving assistance directly with them. That said, please keep an eye to your email inbox because they'll be in touch with you in a timely manner. 

 

In the meantime they contact you, please check your email inbox, spam and junk folders for the password reset email. Also, don't hesitate to ask my any additional questions you may have.

@mrattackfrog  As long as you did the bold above and its not there then yes contact support. Use help link at top of forum
