Not registering sleep or exercise

My Charge 2 has stopped registering sleep and exercise - not sure why, this is the first time that I have experienced this issue

Seems odd that your Charge 2 isn't recording sleep information nor exercise activities as the way we designed it. To better assist you, I'd like to gather more information. Please answer the following:

Regarding sleep:

1. When was the first time you experienced this?
2. How many times/nights you didn't receive sleep information?
3. Is your Charge 2 recording sleep data but in a simplified way? Meaning, not Sleep Stages?
4. Your device is not recording sleep information at all?

In regards your exercise:

1. Which exercise activity was not recorded?
2. You track your activity directly from the exercise shortcuts on your Charge 2?
3. Do you use the auto-recognition feature of SmartTrack to track the exercise?
4. When was the first time this occurred?

My Charge 2 won’t always count a day where I met all my goals as a “Met Your Goal Days” for the week. It shows on the individual day but, on the dashboard and in the “Goal Days” it doesn’t show. How do I fix this? It only happens randomly for no apparent reason.
