This issue has been ongoing for 6 weeks . I have tried to get help but been told there is no time frame for resolution. So I have a watch that is running slow and cannot log on my app .

Hi @Jeanie789,
What do you mean when you say the tracker is running slow? Do you mean the time is off? If that's the case, all you need to do is sync it and it should sort itself out.
As far as the syncing:
1.) Make sure no other Bluetooths or Fitbits are around
2.) Clear the cache on your phone for Fitbit
3.) Force close the app
4.) Log out and back in
5.) Uninstall and reinstall the app
6.) Restart the phone
7.) Unlink your Charge 3 from the phone and re-link it
Go through each of those in the exact order above, odds are one of them will work.

Have you checked the sync tips, @Jeanie789
Cleared your phones cache as @DramaQueenDiva suggests?
Stopped the Fitbit app?
Turned off the phone? Then power up.
