for whatever reason Fitbit is showing it hasn't synced in 3 days, yet it's connected via Bluetooth to the app and I still see heart rate and get notifications. Coincidentally I cancelled my premium subscription. Is breaking the Fitbit app a punishment for ending my premium subscription?

I'm still paying for premium but won't be if this doesn't get fixed ASAP! And my step count has now disappeared as well....

Every 4 days or so my Charge 4 stops syncing.  Sometimes just resetting the Fitbit while it's in the charger corrects this.  Other times I have to reset it and re-start the iOS app.  Sometimes I have to reset the Fitbit and uninstall/reinstall the app and remove the Charge 4 from my account and re-add it.  Sometimes I have to try these things multiple times, but I always manage to re-establish the connection eventually.  I was hoping that this morning's firmware update would have fixed this, but it looks like the problem is still there.

I fixed it by delete the app and reinstall the app. Will see how long this will last.

I did get mine to work. Here what I did to fix it:

1) power cycled my phone and 2) power cycled the Fitbit while in it's
charging base.

As the two were restarting both devices there wasn't anything magical or
noticeable, it just started working again.

So to recap: before restarting the phone and the Fitbit, I was only seeing
my real time heart rate and exercises in the Fitbit app, but it was not
uploading sleep data. I could also receive all my notifications from phone
to Fitbit. After restarting the phone and Fitbit, the app shows the device
synced and sleep data appeared again.

I was not having the issue others mentioned with it missing steps.

Thanks for the responses.

Thanks, I will also try to fix it as you said. But not right now, a little later. I am writing an essay assignment and after that, I am gonna check it over at https://studyclerk.com/plagiarism-fixer here. When I am done with my assignments after that I will try to fix it as you said.

So a few days after posting the above, the problem just disappeared.  I am making sure to sync at least once every day, but I did nothing else, really.  It hasn't lost connection once since the beginning of September.  I'm glad, but perplexed.

Thanks i sent off my fitbit and it's been given a complete refit and returned.  Meanwhile I had bought myself a Versa 2 which is working well other than the Active Zone Minutes that my readiness score asks me to do.... 789 today...  Seems really high Yesterday it was 790 . I hardly sit still as I am always trying to get zone minutes all the time!

So, a couple days of posting that I was no longer having problems, the problem started up again.  Every couple/few days, I have to reset the unit while in the charger.  That tends to work, and it'll start syncing again.  I swear, our devices know when we talk about them...🤣
