Not tracking sleep properly

The app updated two days ago and since then, the first night I got the abbreviated sleep and last night it didn’t track my sleep at all. Is there an issue on your end? I’ve already done a reset on my Charge 3.

No issue on my end. 

Do you mean simple sleep? Does the app give you an excuse? 

Did you church tha the heart rate is on?

Yes, it gave me simple sleep the first night and absolutely nothing last night and yes, my heart tracking is on and working.

Same issue. Just weird that tracks fine with sleep stages for 2 days then nothing other approximate hours. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING since I have come to rely on it.
