Older FitBit won't update time and date. I believe its a Charge HR. I'm pretty sure I have to go to my dashboard to change the time but can't seem to find where??

Other than time zone issues, only way to change date or time is to sync.  At each sync, Fitbit device takes time and date from phone or other sync device.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
