Pairing does not succeed

My replacement Charge 2 is recognised but it won't pair. I have done all what is given as solutions but it will not pair. So it doesnot work!

The App I have installed on My telephone Sony Z3 Compact.

What do I have to do?

Let me help you with setting up your Charge 2. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Thanks for the suggested solutions. I have all tried that, so today I phoned the helpdesk. After another few suggestiones: I will become a new one.
It wasnot possible to pair it.

This is same issue I have. I have galaxy 9+. It recognizes the device but it will not pair. When I get to the pair page, I see 4 empty boxes.

I have also turned off bluetooth and back on. Restarted the device. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Updated software on my phone. Still it will not work.

its the same issue here. tried all the options.stil wont pair. samsung galaxy A70.
