Hi everyone i need advice on what to do.
I have bought a charge 2 off someone and im having problems pairing it. It allows me to see the fitbit to get the code but when it goes to pair it takes a while and then just times out saying it was unsuccessful.
Im unsure what to do
Any suggestions?
Tried to do it several times and im stuck

Is the person you bought it from still around? If so, in their phone's bluetooth settings, remove or "forget" any link to the fitbit as this could be blocking connection to your phone.
Have you checked that your phone works with fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
