I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 for just under 2 years. The last couple weeks the screen has faded entirely and I cannot see the top half of the screen. It is super hard to use my fitbit without being able to see the screen.
I see this is an issue for others but I am not sure how to fix it. It seems these are designed to stop working at 2 years based on others with a similar issue in this same time frame. This planned obsolescence is bad for our planet and an irresponsible business practice.
I hope Fitbit has an excuse for their planet (un)friendly practices and a way to fix my device which I have enjoyed using daily up until recently.
