Hello everyone!
We are a team using 50 Fitbit Charge 4s for data collection and created 50 google accounts for them.
However, we often encounter password failures, and when we try to reset the password it shows "cannot use this previously used password". We logged into all those gmails and found no emails for password changes, yet we couldn't log in with the original password nor changing to it.
It has wasted a lot of our research time, but mostly we don't understand why the password won't work.

Could you please let me know if the link not working is on the Fitbit app or online Dashboard (fitbit.com)?
Please make sure that the email addresses needed do not have a typo on them.
