I receive notifications (phone calls and text messages) for everyone except one phone number.  How do I fix this? The person has an IPhone too.

Let me help you with your notifications. Please check your phone's settings as the Fitbit app works with these settings to show your notifications. See if this contact has any exception applied to them. You can also refresh the link between them by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
