How can I get my money back?
I have bought the charge 3, I had the blaze before with no trouble, but this charge 3 is dangerous because I need to set my alarm to take my medication, and the alarm doesn’t work?

Unfortunately, the warranty terms only provide for a replacement of a defective tracker, not a refund. See: https://www.fitbit.com/in/legal/returns-and-warranty
Having said that, if you bought it direct from fitbit then you can return it for refund for a short time. See: https://www.fitbit.com/in/legal/terms-of-sale#return-policy
Are you able to return it to the retailer you got it from? This would be the easiest option if possible.
If not, it might be worth contacting customer support to see if they can fix the alarm: contact.fitbit.com
