Reminders to move hasn't been working for a while. Looking at help it talks about turning the toggle on and off but I can't even fibnd the toggle now. I have just tried reinstalling but no change. Any ideas please

@Lorraine111from the "Today" screen in the Fitbit app, tap on your device icon in the upper left. Tap on your device in the next screen and then scroll down until you see "Reminders to Move". Select that and verify that everything there is correct and that it is toggled on. This is where you toggle on and off, if you want to give that a try.

Hi - no can't find where it is. I have gone into everything I can. You say go into 'today' but that is a static word that does not do anything.

My profile pic has also disappeared. I have again tried deleting app, turning phone off and on and reinstalling but no change. Why has this changed recently?

Not sure if you will see my reply earlier but profile pic has also disappeared. Tried uninstalling app, restarting phone and reinstalling app but no change. This is very frustrating

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding notifications and for trying to fix it on your own.
This sounds like the Do Not Disturb Mode or the Sleep Mode (Quiet Modes) could be turned on in your quick settings, since both of these options prevent the device from receiving notifications, reminders to move or celebrations. If you haven't done so already, please make sure these feature are disabled in your settings.
In addition, I suggest restarting your Fitbit device by following these steps.
In none of the above works, please try setting up your Charge 4 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem. Then repeat the restart procedure and set up notifications to check if they're working properly.
