Reminders to Move not working on Charge 3

The Reminders to Move abruptly stopped working on my Charge 3. I have tried resetting the Fitbit multiple times, and I also followed the instructions below to make sure that the reminders ARE turned on (they are, and it's still not working). Other than this the device is working normally.

By any chance, have you checked if Reminders to Move feature hasn't been accidentally turned off? In order to do so, please follow the steps below:

On the Today tab > tap the hourly activity tile.
Tap the gear icon > turn Reminders to Move on or off.

Thanks for getting back to us and for mentioning the steps you have followed in order to make reminders to move work @trow125. 

Please try setting up your Charge 3 as a replacement device in order to get the reminders  to move again. Follow the instructions of: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?

Unfortunately, that didn't work either. And I did double check to make sure Reminders to Move was turned on after the reset.
