Good morning all, hope someone can give me a hand here!
Since three days ago I am not able to login to the android fitbit app. It just doesn't recognize my email and password which are correct. I can login to the website app through facebook and noticed that my email address is changed!!! the settings dont allow me to change the password email so I'm stuck. I've seen many many such issues but not one mentioning that your credentials changed!! beware there might be hacking going around.
@Fitbit as I have not received a response yet through other means, can you grant me access to my account again please?

Sorry to persist, I still do not have a solution I'm afraid. I have been approached by a different department but haven't heard back.
I simply need new login details to my account (I can access through facebook but not the mobile app). Its been around two weeks now, I'm training for a competition without being able to make use of the application.
I'd appreciate a solution please.

Best AnswerAndroid app works perfectly fine yesterday and this morning. Now I'm unable to login. I'm able to login to Fitbit dashboard using a browser though. Logging in to the Android app, it throws "Invalid email or password" error. Trying to reset my password, it throws "Network operation failed. Fitbit.com is unavailable. Please try again later." Internet connection at home is fine. Clearing app data didn't help.
Fitbit Android app version: 3.17
Anyone else encountering the same issue? I've reached out to Fitbit support, but I'm sure that they won't be able to get back to me soon.
