Fitbit should seriously think of having a Repair center for products.

My Charge HR has just gone over 365 days before the strap started bulging and finally the sensor does not work at all.

As it is out of warranty even though I want to pay for repir it cannot be done so have to decide.

Do i go for another charge and possibly be in same position year down the line or swap for another product or make

Customer center's standard reply is - they will check warranty option and will get back thru email but i did not an email. How unfortunate that my 15 month old versa just went dead and can no longer be used because there is no repair center. Common problem of fitbit devices that i have read

You need to contact Fitbit
If it’s a year or less it should be under warranty

If you bought an extended warranty
Use it

THEY HAVE NO REPAIR ONLY REPLACEMENT
THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE BUT IS THERE STANDARD
Don’t waste time looking for one
Contact fir bit

Thank you Russ

Thank you for your message. I’m afraid my Fitbit was out of guarantee date. Very annoying not to be able to repair, for the price we pay to actually purchase the watch for it last for 14 to 16 is disgusting. Lost all faith in Fitbit.

My warranty was out, too. I told them to buy it back. They did. Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, an AT&T 5G smartphone

NEVER buy extended warranty. Just tell them to replace it. They will, or will buy back.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, an AT&T 5G smartphone

Tell them to replace it or buy it back. Doesn't matter if you have warranty or not, they will.

don't ever ever buy an extended warranty on anything,  they are ripoffs.

The plastic part that holds my Charge 4 has broken. YES BROKEN after only 2 years of careful use. And all I got from support is a "you can't fix it" solution? So the product is now useless? Sorry but this sort of after sales support is a no go for me. There is no way I will ever buy a Fitbit device again. Charge 4 was a total fail purchase. There was a huge gap between the band and the device that was ugly as hell, and probably that was the main reason that I had it broken so quick. I will never suggest Fitbit to anyone.
