Like the title says, my resting heartrate will not update or even show up in the app. How will this get fixed?

@Restingheartrat It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your resting heart rate. You will need to wear your tracker all day (while you are awake and when you sleep) to have this data calculated. You can read more about it here. If you aren't seeing it I would like to know if you are syncing your tracker. If you are please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
Let me know how it goes.

I've been using my Fitbit to measure my rhr for a few years. Never came across this before. Tried all that already, no result 😔

@Restingheartrat thank you for the update, sorry for the delay in mine.
I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Hello again
I forgot about your reply and posted my problem again.
The problem keeps happening though. The solutions you provided are temporary and the symptoms persist.
