Screen brightness Charge 4

My Fitbit screen brightness has faded so much that I can't see it hardly at all

I finally determined that my Fitbit 4  was just worn out and I started using my sons Fitbit 4

About your Charge 4 with the brightness problem, If you already tried all the recommendations mentioned earlier, I do recommend that you continue the communication with the Customer Support team. I had this same issue and realized that I had mine on 'sleep' - feel kind of silly sharing but it it helps someone else to check that setting as well!

My setting is normal and it still dims

@doodlemomx2 It's great to know that you were able to get the screen back to a regular brightness setting. Thanks for sharing this update.  

@Mbut Could you please confirm if you've also tried  restarting the device or changing the clock face option?
