Screen corrupted. White lines

I put my fit bit on the charger. He has been showing white lines since then. I have already tried to restart, but this has no effect.

They were great.They sent me out a replacement, no problem after I reached out to them via Twitter and did a few checks and restarts.I was actually quite surprised, and it came very quickly.Sent from this little electronic life line of mine.

I have the same thing happening with my charge 3 right now, I woke up and my screen was like this, I got a replacement Fitbit around 2 months ago because I was experiencing white lines but not like this they were thinner and only on one side of the screen and now I’m experiencing the same issue as the user that posted the image. I am very unsatisfied and will definitely not recommend Fitbit to my friends and family.
