Screen cracked down the middle

Too bad, beacause I like the watch. Only bought it in October 2018.

Am looking for another smartwatch from another manufacturer, since a lot of people have experienced the same problem with their Fitbit watch.

I also have a screen that has cracked.  It started with a small crack running vertically close to the button as other users have stated but now just today a new crack developed coming directly from that first crack and all the way across the face of the watch.  I now fear that the entire thing may break apart.  The watch is over a year old so is out of warranty, but for the dollar amount paid for I don't believe it should just start to fall apart just shortly after a years worth of common every day use.  There was no damage done to it in anyway.  Would really like to have it replaced as I enjoy its' functions very much, but not willing to spend that kind of money to only get a year of use out of it.

Hi

I had bought FitBit Charge 2 last year - May 2018. But last week suddenly I saw a big crack vertically in the middle of the screen. I am not able to recall any accident or hit by which it can be damaged. After checking it over inter net I felt like its quite a common issue. Please help me on this. It is just 13 months old though out of warranty.

Regards,

Uravshi
