Screen display not clear

Hi I don’t know if my screen display has been corrupted from all the hand gel use or it is an issue that can be fixed but tried plugging in and doing the button for 15 seconds but no better!!

bought from amazon as a present in December , started using in January can send photo but don’t know how the phone has black lines coming across the display so It is difficult to read!

Sounds like mine - 1 row of pixels has gone, Right through the step count! Report it - I’m waiting for customer services to reply for mine on what to do
