Screen is black Even when it is connected to the electricity and I pressed the bottom for more than eight seconds nothing happened just a continuous vibration for 18 seconds but it’s still black

The screen of my fitbit Charge 4 is flat black, won't work. It vibrates when the button is pressed and the battery does charge. I tried doing the reset by pressing the button for several seconds, it does a long vibration but won't show the smiley face whatsoever. 

I also tried changing the clock face from the app and didn't work either.

 

I don't know what else can I do

your life chat is not working, what can I do now, I have been unable to use my device since I posted this claim
