Screen not waking when rotating wrist

After downloading the new firmware for the Charge 3 my screen no longer wakes when rotating my wrist. I either have to double tap the screen or press the side button to wake the screen.  Holding the side button in no longer takes me to a menu either. The device just vibrates 3 times when the side button is held. I restarted the device and continue to have the issues. 

Any recommendations?

You can also restart your Charge 3 by opening the Settings App on it > then tap About > Reboot device. For more information, check here:

It’s annoying that this happens by accident, on my case I accidentally squeezes the side buttons when putting the Charge 3 on to charge and didn’t realise but this had put it onto DND/sleep mode and turned off the screen wake.
