My Charge 3 screen went off yesterday and there were white lines through it, it is now just black and unresponsive. It is still syncing on the app and says it has full battery. The clock face trick hasn't worked and neither has the restart option. It isn't an old device, I've only had it for a year.

I have a similar problem. The display is completely blank. The device is working fine and syncing with the phone but nothing comes up on the display.
