Hello, I'm having the same issue with dead pixel lines running through the screen of my Charge 3.
I've tried all the troubleshooting steps with no resolution. My device is barely a year old, can you help resolve my issue as well?

Hi
I have restarted several times. This morning it restarted all by itself and then cane on with a time of 03:03 (it was 8am...) I left it at hime all day. It now says 01:53 and will no longer restart. When it's plugged in and I hold in the button, it vibrates and switches to a different screen, but refuses to restart or show me the battery info. It's definitely broken.
I'll call support.
Thanks,
Anja

something similar happened to me this morning while I was on a live chat with a rep. What she asked me to do actually broke it even more. 😞 She started the process for a replacement for me immediately and it shipped out already this afternoon.

I have had one line of pixels missing on the display of my charge3 for about a week. Today I have two lines missing! Have tried a reboot - made no difference. Have tried changing clock faces but they’re missing on all screens so that made no difference either. Is there anything else I can try please??

I am experiencing the same issue. Received this as a birthday gift in July and these lines started popping up about a month ago. Multiple lines across the screen making it very difficult to see my information. Haven’t reset yet, but plan to do so once I’m home to hopefully fix the time issue that started in 1st period today. 4 minutes behind real time. Charger is at home, so I can’t reset. Very frustrated. 1st Fitbit and I’m not super happy about dealing with issues.

Hi!
I've had this problem for a while, too. Sometimes it's very difficult to read. Is there a fix?
Thanks,
Amy
