I’m having the same problem as a lot of folks my screen is gray Has lines going vertical. It is very hard to read. I have rest. Changed clock face and everything you have told everyone else to do. No change. Please help

Fitbit Support offered me a 25% discount on a new device....no other help. I have been a Fitbit customer/user for about 5 years. I've purchased 5 Fitbits (4 Charge 2 and 1 Charge 3) for gifts to my family in the past. I will not be purchasing another Fitbit!

Best AnswerI got the lines, too. It looks like an old TV with the horizontal adjustment out of whack. I tried everything but no joy. In fact, my app says the fitbit is working, but I have no display at all any more. I'm not even sure it is on. I press the button and hold it, it vibrates once, twice, then nothing.

Best AnswerI have had my Fitbit replaced once due to these lines. Over the last couple of weeks the lines have started appearing again.
I'm hoping a Fitbit moderator will see our posts and organise a replacement.
