I’m having the same problem as a lot of folks  my screen is gray  Has lines going vertical. It is very hard to read. I have rest. Changed clock face  and everything you have told everyone else to do. No change. Please help

I ended up with a replacement. They asked me to do a hard reset first. They should comment on this post. Or you can email the customer services. They are usually pretty fast in getting in touch.

My device is about a month old and I am having this issue... is there a fix?

Fitbit Support offered me a 25% discount on a new device....no other help.  I have been a Fitbit customer/user for about 5 years.  I've purchased 5 Fitbits (4 Charge 2 and 1 Charge 3) for gifts to my family in the past.  I will not be purchasing another Fitbit!

That is odd.  They sent me a new FitBit, no charge.  Sorry they didn't do that for you. I don't blame you for not wanting to buy anymore.

I got the lines, too. It looks like an old TV with the horizontal adjustment out of whack. I tried everything but no joy. In fact, my app says the fitbit is working, but I have no display at all any more. I'm not even sure it is on. I press the button and hold it, it vibrates once, twice, then nothing.

I am currently having this issue. I have tried rebooting, a reset and the lines are still there. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I have had my Fitbit replaced once due to these lines. Over the last couple of weeks the lines have started appearing again.

 

I'm hoping a Fitbit moderator will see our posts and organise a replacement.
