Sick to death of syncing issues

Anybody else getting sick to death of syncing issues?  Since I got my replacement fitbit (first one conked out completely when it went flat) it seems to struggle to sync or it constantly gets stuck halfway through a sync.  Every week I have to go through the same scenario of logging off/logging in, switching phone off and back on again.  Here's an idea, why don't Fitbit simply fix the problem!  As I'm sat here my fitbit has recorded 8,280 steps and yet my app resolutely states 794 steps.  Queue another round of switching off and on!  SORT IT OUT!!!

Me. The same issues. Tired of disconnecting and reconnecting. Once in a while it will sync, but later the same issues again. I even tried to update although I have the last version but I dont find the update function anymore.

I too have been having sync issues. What is going on? this is like the or 4th time this month this is happened. Fitbit won't sync at all

the only way i get my fit bit charge 2 to sync is to reset it on charger almost daily!

Hi there @FayeV!  Thanks for the update, if you're still having trouble I recommend replying back to the last email that you got from the Support Team explaining that you're still having trouble so they can continue with the workflow.

Same here. Restarting phone, resetting fitbit. Trying, trying again and again and again. Sometimes no success. Why must it be such a hassle?!

The fitbit app new version 3.5, downloaded  on 30th August 2019 seems to have triggered sync problems on my Galaxy S7. 

Restarting the Charge HR 101 cures the problem on a temporary basis only.

Seems to be working ok now. I restarted the fitbit several times over throughout yesterday and it's behaving itself.Perseverance or just luck?Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
