Having trouble connecting my Fitbit blaze to my OPPO R17 PRO. It will pair to my Bluetooth but when I go through the setup prompts when it comes to the 4 digit code it goes to load where I enter it then it quits and I can't enter the code that's now on the fitbits screen. Is anyone able to help? I have already been through alot of troubleshooting methods but nothing has worked as yet

@MiisRose Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you setting up your Fitbit device. We don't have a Blaze 2 so it could either be a Blaze as you mentioned later on your post or a Charge 2. Still thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.
