Hi 

I did the update on my charge 2 but since then its no longer working properly 

I cant enter info , I cant check details of activities...nothing 

All I get its a black screen 

Did anyone experience the same thing ??

Let me help you with your Charge 2. When you say "cant enter info , I cant check details of activities" do you mean on the Fitbit app or on the Charge 2 itself. You can't log anything on the device so this is why I ask and no firmware update has recently been released for the Charge 2. Does the black screen happens on the tracker or the app?
