Do you wear it to sleep on your dominate wrist? I had the same problem until I changed it to my non-dominate wrist.

@bamboopin The problem here is fitbit can track the sleep, we can see the info in the phone's app. However, the fitbit device itself (Charge 3) displays "Sleep Not Tracked" only. Thanks.
