The time interval shows a longer time span than the sleep hours and minutes. Even if the "Awake' intervals are subtracted the mathematical difference is too great. My Charge 4 shows the correct sleep start and end times, but the calculation is not correct. The math can be off by an hour or two. This happens on both my android mobile app and the web dashboard. Today the range shows 12:44 am - 8:57 pm (which should be 9 hr 13 min) but the sleep time shows as 7 hr 2 min. Total awake time is 1 hr 11 min.
I understand that the sleep score is different and takes many things into account.
By looking at the community forum I see that there was a bug in 2019 but I haven't seen this issue reported lately.
I reset the device and restarted my phone today.
Any help?

@tkbitt , Nice to see you around. Thank you for your feedback.
Just to confirm on your location, did you had a daylight saving changes recently?
If so this could have happened when your device got the changes. Have you seen this situation repeated?
See you around.

@tkbitt , Nice to see you back. Thank you for your further information. Have you tried setting the time settings on the app and on the phone to manual?
This might help with the time stamps.
Hope this helps.
