Sniley Face and won't charge

I plugged in my Charge 4 to charge.  I got a smiley face and a long vibration. It will not charge or show the charging icon.  I've tried restarting it and also deleting the app.  Restarted Bluetooth and waited an hour.  Nothing is working. Any advice?

Besides the steps tried, please have a look at some further tips here. Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
