What does that water droplet mean when I swipe up from the clock face? So I scroll down and see steps, active minutes, heart rate, resting heart rate, distance, calories, floors, active minutes, sleep, and then I see the droplet with “day 5” underneath it. It looks like a water droplet, but I don’t know what it is.

Welcome to the Community, @Thotful.

The stats that you will be able to see on your Charge 3 are: Steps, heart rate, resting heart rate, distance, calories burned, stairs, active minutes, sleep, female health, weight, water and active days.

Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

You are welcome, @Thotful.

Regarding your inquiry, if you want to take this option off, you need to go to the Fitbit app and delete every entry that you might have regarding this by doing the following:

  1. Tap the Today tab

, then tap the female health tile.
  2. Tap a date on the calendar.
  3. Tap the plus icon

  4. Tap details to log them. To delete a detail, tap it so that the check mark disappears.
  5. Tap Save.

Let me know how it goes. 😉
