Steps not resetting

My Fitbit did not reset the steps at midnight on 10/02/19?? Any suggestions of why this happens? First time it’s done this. Had Fitbit about 6 weeks. Thanks

@Jules70 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your steps didn't reset at midnight. This may happen when there is a change in timezone or something related. Still you can restart your tracker as this will help it reset the following midnight but it won't remove the steps from the affected day.
