My steps are not registering in my challenges. My dashboard is syncd and showing steps but not pulling through to challenges. Anyone have any idea?

Same with my challenges. This looks like a Fitbit issue. I didn’t log anything manually. Deleted the app, reinstalled, restarted my Inspire HR, restarted my phone, tried the comment and DND toggle trick. Nothing gets them to show up in my challenge, even though they’re on the dashboard.
This did not work for me. My workweek challenge was working fine all week but hasn't synced for over a day now. My dashboard is fine, all the other functions seem to be working but the challenges won't sync. It can't be a timezone issue because I synced Monday to Wednesday without issue. Also, I'm not using a third party app or anything.
Best AnswerMy steps showed up yesterday. Today they are not registering. The only steps that appear in my challenge are from yesterday. I charged my fitbit last night. That shouldn't matter, should it?
Best AnswerMy dashboard has over 75,000 steps and my Workweek challenge has around 39,000 steps. I've tried deleting app and reloading. Updated...sent message in it...turned offmy android phone and turned back on ...called tech support...Nothing works
I never manually add steps...just whatever my dashboard says....but doesnt match my Workweek hustle...about half steps in challenges...strange
I finally got mine updated....I had to update my Fitbit on Play Stpre then Fitbit app update....I turned off phone then back on....I quit my challenges...then was added back in and Finally worked..will it still work on weekend challenges....hopefully but who knows
